La Plata Decaf from Huila, Colombia. Sugarcane EA. Workshop have always treated their decaf purchases with the same care and rigour as every other lot they buy, and it shows. They selected an entire lot to be decaffeinated in Colombia, which is the kind of control most roasters don't have over their decaf supply chain. Currants and prunes bring the fruit. Dark chocolate and roasted almonds provide the weight. A creaminess ties everything together. Balanced, considered, and properly sourced.
