Happy Capybara Decaf

Happy Capybara. Brazilian sugarcane EA decaf from Cerrado in Minas Gerais. Catuaí and Mundo Novo varieties at 900 metres. That's lower altitude than most specialty coffee, but Cerrado's dry climate and consistent temperatures produce a distinctive cup that higher altitude lots don't replicate. Caramel and chocolate are the main notes, with a toffee popcorn aroma that Voyager specifically call out. The name is playful but the sourcing is serious.
