Bolivian sparkling water decaf from the Yungas region. Bolivia is an uncommon origin for decaf. Most lots come from Colombia, Brazil, or Peru. The Yungas sits on the eastern slopes of the Andes, where altitude and cloud forest climate produce coffees with a distinctive sweetness that's hard to replicate elsewhere. Swiss Water processed. Caramel, sultana, clementine, and milk chocolate. A genuinely different decaf, and The Studio have made the most of an unusual origin.
