Galeras Decaf from Nariño, Colombia. Sugarcane decaffeinated. Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties grown at 1,850 metres. Nariño's elevation consistently produces coffees with more acidity and sweetness than lower grown regions, and that altitude advantage carries through the decaffeination here. Caramel, red apple, and dark chocolate. The Missing Bean recommend it for espresso, stovetop, and cafetière.
