Swiss Water Decaf - SHG

From Finca El Alto in Ocotepeque, Honduras. Farmed by Ludwin Daniel Aguilar, one of the highest farms in the area. Recently expanded with a new drying facility and warehouse to maintain quality. Fifteen to twenty people work the property year round, swelling to sixty during harvest. Swiss Water decaffeinated. Scored 85+. Chocolate, apple, walnuts, and toffee. Honduran decaf is uncommon. This is a good example of why it shouldn't be.
