From Garzón in Huila, Colombia. Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, grown between 1,450 and 1,800 metres. Sugarcane decaffeinated at the Descafecol plant in Manizales. Colombia Coffee Roasters are specialists in their own country's beans, and it shows. Almond, panela, and a bright orange acidity. Panela is unrefined whole cane sugar, a Colombian staple, and a tasting note you see far more often in coffees processed at origin.
