Signature Decaf

Climpson & Sons call their decaf range Placebo Effect, which is the right amount of self awareness. This one comes from smallholder growers in La Plata, Huila. Washed, then sugarcane decaffeinated in Colombia through a Cafe Imports programme that keeps the processing at origin. Dark chocolate, caramel, and orange rind. The orange rind separates it from a dozen other Huila decafs.
