Peru Decaf

Peruvian Swiss Water decaf with five varietals in one lot: Bourbon, Catucai, Caturra, Pache, and Typica. Grown between 1,200 and 1,600 metres. Fully washed and sun dried, often on tarps at the farmer's home or increasingly on raised beds built by cooperatives. The varietal diversity gives the cup more dimension than single variety Peruvian lots typically achieve. Caramel, dark chocolate, and citrus with a sweet, crisp body.
