Honduran Mountain Water decaf from Santa Rosa de Copán. Honduras doesn't get the attention that Colombia and Brazil receive in the decaf world, but Copán produces exceptional coffee. Sweet citrus and fudge lead, with a watermelon note that's genuinely unusual in any coffee, let alone a decaf.
