Colombian washed decaf from Acevedo. Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties grown between 1,600 and 1,800 metres. Golden syrup, cinder toffee, red apple, and chocolate. A tasting note set that reads like a tuck shop inventory but tastes like properly grown, carefully processed coffee.
