The town of Buesaco sits high on a ridge in the Andes, and the cooperative there works with over 300 smallholder farmers across the department who harvest year round. Sugarcane decaffeinated. Caramel and milk chocolate form the base, with apple providing a clean, crisp lift that keeps the cup bright. Round Hill take the same pride in sourcing this as their caffeinated coffees, and the traceability back to Buesaco shows.
