Sembradores Decaf from Cajibio in Cauca, Colombia. Produced by Asociación Sembradores de Vida, a grower association in one of Colombia's strongest coffee producing departments. Sugarcane decaffeinated. Dark chocolate and caramel anchor the profile, apricot and orange bring fruit acidity, and there's a syrupy quality to the body that holds everything together. Castillo, Caturra, and Catuai at 1,600 metres and above.
