Mexican decaf from Frailesca in Chiapas. Mountain Water processed using glacial water from Pico de Orizaba. Chiapas produces some of Mexico's finest coffee, and the Frailesca subregion benefits from volcanic soil and consistent rainfall that create real depth of flavour. Caramel, dark chocolate, and hazelnut. The kind of terroir driven character that gives Mexican Mountain Water decafs their edge over more anonymous blended lots.
