El Vergel "Condor" Decaf. Something of a rarity. Single variety, single farm decaf from Tolima, Colombia. The minimum quantity required for single farm decaf lots is high, which makes finding them commercially difficult. That PLOT secured this one says a lot about their sourcing relationships. Decaffeinated at origin, which keeps more value in the producing country and reduces the carbon footprint of the whole chain. Berries and peaches with a rich caramel sweetness.
