Peruvian Swiss Water decaf from the Chachapoyas region in Amazonas, in the north of the country. Grown at high altitude in conditions that naturally enhance flavour density. Chocolate and caramel lead, with apple, nut, and orange filling out the profile. Low acidity. Pebble & Pine have clearly sourced for balance rather than drama, and over a dozen reviews on their site confirm it works. A well rounded cup.
