Colombian sugarcane decaf. 100% natural EA derived from sugar cane. Colombia, Castillo, Typica Caturra, and Bourbon varieties from four different Colombian regions. That breadth of sourcing gives the blend more dimension than a single origin lot. Milk chocolate and lemon are the headline notes, with a sweetness running through the whole cup. Pearhaus source current crop coffee for this, meaning it's always fresh rather than sitting in a warehouse between harvests.
