Popayan Reserve from Colombia. Sugarcane decaffeinated using a process that Obadiah say preserves the coffee's natural qualities. The results suggest they're right. Maple syrup, fig, and cocoa. A flavour combination you don't come across often. Obadiah recommend resting the coffee in its sealed bag for a minimum of 21 days before opening. That's longer than most roasters suggest, but the patience pays off. Recommended for all brewing methods.
