Peruvian single origin, Swiss Water processed. The beans come from the Cajamarca, San Ignacio, and Jaén regions, grown between 1,500 and 2,000 metres. Medium roasted and versatile. Baytown designed it to work across filter, pour over, cafetière, and espresso. Date, chocolate, and biscuit. Rich and mellow with a smoothness that suits the evening as much as the morning.
