Sugarcane decaffeinated in Colombia. The ethyl acetate comes from cane sugar grown on the same farms as the coffee cherries. A neat detail: the caffeinated water extracted during the process gets sold to soft drink companies, Red Bull among them. Nothing wasted. Classic espresso notes of chocolate and malt, with a mellow finish. Decaffeinated at source, no extra food miles.
