Three generations of the Sampieri family have farmed Finca La Laja in Huatusco, Veracruz. Mountain Water decaffeinated by DESCAMEX, Mexico's specialist facility, using glacial water to extract caffeine while keeping the flavour compounds intact. Bourbon and Caturra beans, RFA and 4C certified. Chocolate, orange, and cream. The orange lifts what could be a straightforward chocolate cup into something more interesting.
