Single estate from Finca La Laja in Huatusco, Veracruz. The Sampieri family have farmed these 500 hectares for three generations. Mountain Water decaffeinated by DESCAMEX using glacial water from Pico de Orizaba. Hand roasted to a medium profile. Spicy and chocolatey with a lemon brightness and clean aftertaste. RFA and 4C certified.
