Sixty five producers from the Popayan region contribute to this lot through Cofinet's quality focused regional programme. Washed, then EA decaffeinated. Stone fruit, caramel, and chocolate wafer. Cartwheel call it Legoman. The name doesn't explain itself, but the coffee doesn't need it to.
