Smallholder farms around La Plata in Huila, Colombia. Decaffeinated at origin using ethyl acetate from sugar cane, then steamed at low pressure to clear any residue while keeping flavour intact. Sweet and full bodied. Milk chocolate and malt. Suits espresso and filter equally.
