Colombia Decaf

Grown by multiple smallholders in Huila, Colombia, between 1,700 and 1,800 metres. Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, washed and then EA decaffeinated using sugarcane. Honey and cherry sit on top, with toffee providing a caramelised base that grounds the whole cup. Hundred House offer this ground for every method from cafetière to espresso, which suggests they've tested it across the board and found it holds up. They also include brew guides with orders, which is a thoughtful touch.
