El Búho from Huila and Tolima in Colombia. Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties grown between 1,650 and 2,100 metres above sea level. That upper altitude is significant. Coffee grown above 2,000 metres develops slowly, producing denser beans with more concentrated sugars and acids. Sugarcane EA decaffeinated, washed process. Red berries and caramel lead, with a malt character underneath that gives the cup more weight than you'd expect. Medium roast.
