Peru Swiss Water Decaf

Peruvian Swiss Water decaf from the San Martin and Cajamarca regions, produced by the Alto Mayo Agricultural Coffee Cooperative. Catuai variety, grown between 1,200 and 1,900 metres. Fairtrade and Organic certified. Caramel and grape upfront, with berry filling things out underneath. Peru's altitude range is one of the widest in South American coffee, and the gap between 1,200 and 1,900 metres creates variation in bean density that adds complexity to the cup. Chemical free throughout.
