Pitalito Decaf

Colombian single origin from Pitalito in Huila, one of the country's most celebrated coffee municipalities. Castillo and Caturra grown between 1,400 and 1,600 metres. Decaffeinated using ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane, which preserves the sweetness that this region is known for. Chocolate and caramel make up the foundation, with a creamy texture and a clean finish that doesn't linger too long. Straightforward flavour set, but well balanced and easy to drink at any time of day.

Founded by brothers George and Matt in Tuam, Co. Galway. Their father Bryan introduced them to coffee through his wholesale business, established in 1989. They began roasting in 2020 on a 500g Mill City roaster, upgrading to a Probat P12 III from Germany in late 2021. CO2 neutral packaging across all retail and wholesale.
