From a group of smallholders in Pitalito, the coffee heartland of southwest Colombia's Huila department. Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, washed and sugarcane EA decaffeinated. Smooth and flavourful with a silky body that carries the whole cup. Berry and vanilla come through the middle, and a sweet caramel finish wraps things up cleanly. Pitalito's altitude and year round rainfall create the kind of growing conditions that produce naturally sweet coffees, and the EA process preserves that sweetness rather than stripping it out.
