Espresso - Decaf, Black Condor

From El Vergel Estate in Colombia, run by the Bayter family. They've been farming this land since 1995 but only planted coffee in 2006, swapping avocados for beans. Now one of the most respected specialty estates in the country. Red and Yellow Caturra, grown between 1,650 and 1,950 metres. Sugarcane decaffeinated. Super sweet, with caramel, berries, and vanilla. Carnival roast it for espresso and flat whites.
