El Buho, sourced through Covoya from smallholders across Huila and Cauca, grown between 1,400 and 1,700 metres. Sugarcane decaffeinated. Toasted nuts, syrup, and lemonade. After processing, the beans are sealed with a natural carnauba wax that protects them during shipping without affecting flavour or aroma. A small detail, but a careful one.
