Downward Dog - Colombia, Popaya Decaf

From selected farms in the Popayan region of Cauca, Colombia, grown between 1,500 and 2,050 metres. The beans are milled in Popayan, then transported to Caldas for sugarcane decaffeination. Red fruit, chocolate, and caramel. Sourced through Cofinet, who have built long term relationships with producers in the region, pushing them to focus on quality. Works for both filter and espresso.
