From El Vergel in Fresno, Tolima. Part of the Condor Project, which continues to turn out coffees that happen to be decaffeinated rather than coffees that apologise for it. Processed at the Descafecol plant in Manizales using sugarcane ethyl acetate and mountain water. Raspberry, candyfloss, and milk chocolate. That candyfloss note is unusual and worth looking out for.
