Colombian sugarcane decaf from smallholder farms in Huila, grown at 1,600 metres. Caturra variety, decaffeinated using ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugar cane. The EA process preserves sweetness, which tends to be the calling card of sugarcane decafs from this region.
