Colombian Swiss Water decaf. The process was first developed in Switzerland in the 1930s and commercialised in Vancouver in 1988. No chemicals involved, just osmosis and a saturated green coffee extract that pulls caffeine out while leaving everything else behind. Caramel, chocolate, and apple.
