Cupping score of 85. Naturally processed in the Popayan region, then sugarcane decaffeinated locally. That 'locally' matters. Most decaf processing happens in Germany or Canada, but this one stays in Colombia, keeping a larger share of the money with the farmers. From the Cofinet group's La Pradera farm, who work with women owned farms and invest in training and water preservation. Sweet, with cocoa and subtle fruitiness.
