Excelso grade Colombian, which means the beans are screened at size 15 to 16, the second highest grade after Supremo. From Antioquia and Huila, grown between 1,100 and 1,900 metres. Swiss Water processed. Medium dark roasted. SCA score of 81.50. Red apple, caramel, and chocolate. Versatile enough for a French Press, V60, AeroPress, or Moka Pot.
