El Buho, sourced from farmers across Huila and Tolima in Colombia. Sugarcane decaffeinated using ethyl acetate derived from fermented molasses. The beans are steamed to open the pores, rinsed with EA to pull the caffeine, then steamed and dried again. Toasted nuts, golden syrup, and milk chocolate. A Cielo favourite, and one of the gentler decaf processes available.
