Camioneta Anoxic Decaf

Produced by Leoncio Aníbal España in Colombia. This one goes through anoxic fermentation before sugarcane decaffeination. Anoxic means fermented without oxygen, which pushes the flavour in a more fruit forward, floral direction. Pomegranate and elderflower syrup. Not what you expect from a decaf. Cairngorm say they were 'so impressed' they had to stock it.
