Sixty five producers from Pitalito contribute to this lot, each hand sorting and processing on their own farm before delivering dried parchment to Caravela. Sugarcane decaffeinated at the Descafecol plant in Manizales, so it never leaves Colombia until it's ready for roasting. Fewer food miles, fresher coffee. Stone fruit and treacle. Calendar have been buying from Caravela for six years, which shows in the consistency of what they source.
