Shade grown by the Jumarp cooperative in northern Peru, around the towns of Jaén and San Ignacio. The trees develop slowly under canopy cover, which tends to produce a more complex cup. Red Caturra, Red Bourbon, and Typica at 1,200 to 1,800 metres. Organic and Swiss Water decaffeinated. Chestnut, chai, and green apple. An unusual combination that works.
