From Mió, Assembly's long standing partner in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Natural processed, then sugarcane decaffeinated. A classic Brazilian profile: hazelnut, milk chocolate, and a creamy body. Assembly and Mió are also running Sombra, a five year agroforestry project reforesting 60,000 trees to offset the impact of a warming climate on Brazil's coffee regions. The kind of partnership that goes beyond buying beans.
