A regional blend from farming families across Huila, Colombia. Bourbon and Typica beans, grown between 1,400 and 1,800 metres, manually harvested year round. Sugarcane decaffeinated in Colombia, which means the value of the decaf process stays with the growing community rather than being shipped to a factory in Germany or Canada. Scores 84 on the SCAA scale. Anam describe the flavour profile as a fruit and nut bar with raisin and dark chocolate.
